Olson <br />The following is a summary of the corrective grading work needed on the <br />Krutzig property at 1655 Bohns Point. <br />1. Retaining walls to be constructed a minimum of 6 1 from property line to <br />face of wall. <br />2. Drainage swales along property lines to be 0.5' lower than adjacent <br />neighbor's property at lot line and 3' in from lot line. <br />3. Drainage swale along driveway to be minimum of 1.0' lower than edge of <br />pavement surface and 5' from edge of driveway. <br />4. Retaining wall base to be minimum of l' below existing elevation at <br />property line. <br />5. Fill on lake side to be removed within 75' setback area. <br />6. Fill in back yard area to be removed to original grade.
