June 20, 1986 <br />RE: Residence at 1629 Bohns Point Road <br />Dear Mr. Lohmar, <br />At your request, this letter is sent to confirm that a <br />Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued until all corrective <br />grading work has been completed on the above referenced property. <br />The corrective grading work still to be completed along the <br />property line adjacent to your property is as follows: <br />1. Drainage swales along property lines to be 0.5' lower <br />than adjacent neighbor's property at lot line and 3' in from <br />lot line. <br />2. Drainage swale along driveway to be minimum 1.0' lower <br />than edge of pavement surface and 5' from edge of driveway. <br />Once again, a Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued until <br />the remaining corrective grading work is completed on the <br />property.
