He noted that the northeast corner has a high water table and should be include3 in the sewered area. He would like to see a broader range for potential development. He felt the property was too valuable for residential development. Area 4 - Rebers Property Staff recommendation - Business abutting Hwy. 1.2 with a frontage road & possible single family against frontage road back to 2 acre single family.
