DISCUSSION - Rolf Erickson and Dave Wilde have request(.) that <br />they have the opportunity to present to you a short slide <br />presentati-;n on assessment generally together with some <br />backgrc,und information on what the assessment for 1987 payable <br />1988. This is done Fo that when the Board of Review does come <br />you will be away- of some of the issues and how the assessment <br />relates to the current market together with allowing you the <br />opportunity to ask any questions you may have relating to the <br />Board of Review. <br />Attachment A is a memo from the Assessor's office showing <br />examples of the 1986 market values used for 1987 taxes. <br />Additionall it lists the sales on those properties that took <br />place in 1986 to indicate the amount of disparity and why some <br />values will be going up to �)e on a more equal basis with other <br />properties in the Community.
