The meeting begins at 7:00 PM <br />The application will be brought forward to the City Council noting the 3-2 Planning Commission vote <br />resulted primarily from the issue of the hardcover variance request, as there appeared to be unanimous <br />support for the average setback variance. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission minutes, they are available from the City <br />Clerk after review and approval by the Planning Commission.
