Are there any other issues or concerns with this application? <br />Summary <br />The goal of this review is to provide the developer with an overview of the pertinent City <br />ordinances and how they affect the proposed plat, and to discuss the strengths and <br />weaknesses of the proposal. Staff finds that the plan appears to meet all Zoning <br />Ordinance requirements however, the Planning Commission should identify any areas for <br />discussion and advise the applicants. The applicants will be required to submit a <br />preliminary and final plat, including application fees and the fees discussed in this report.
