The wa 1 1 e rded along Ulrich's portion of the lagoon shoreline and 20 into his neighbor's portion (City received written agreement .om Blohorn approvinv the sea wall extention). Ulrich now wishes to extend the same type of se, wall along the remaining lagoon shoreline which he now owns in total. The applicant once again presents the following justification for the request: 1. The lagoon area - soft peaty muck soils that remain along the lagoon bank area is a natural habitat for muskrats - the seawall extension will prevent the bank rats from destroying the unprotected hank and lawn areas adjacent to lagoon. 2. Trapping and rip rock is not effective. 3. Aesthet4cally desirable to tie in the whole lagoon area. 4. Sea wall is most acceptable method in controlling erosion of low levated shoreline bank areas consisting of peaty muck soft soils.
