Your application is now complete <br />except for the survey per Page 2 of my March 17, 1980 letter to you. <br />The paste up xerox copies submitted show concept to me, but it is <br />not a certificate of survey and it can not be determined if it is <br />drawn to scale or not. <br />I will place this on the Council agenda for discussion, but I will <br />not be able to supply a zoning review until I have proper documentation. <br />As I have said to you previously, if Mr. Rhode were applying for <br />variance renewal to build the same house proposed the first time, <br />extensive factual review has already teen completed and documented. <br />But this is not the case; you are applying for a new design in a new <br />location. Therefore, a proper survey must be provided and I will <br />recommend a complete review by the Planning Commission as per the <br />City's standard procedures. <br />Sincerely, <br />'A n P.
