Olson <br />Village Planner <br />DATE: June 18, 1980 <br />SUBJECT: #546 Variance - Jack Rhode, 1410 Bohns Point Road <br />You should have received by mail a request from Jack Rhode to have <br />his #210 Variance renewed and amended, including redesign and relocation <br />of his house. <br />His attorney requested a slot on the June 30, 1980 agenda which has been <br />done for discussion purposes. I have not received an acceptable survey <br />upon which to base a factual review. <br />If Mr. Rhode insists on revising his house plan and locution from that <br />approved in Resolution #851, then I recommend and request Council <br />direction to refer said new application to the Planning Commission for <br />formal, standard review. <br />."
