Ile has moved the proposed <br />location of the house back 35 ft. from his original plan. The front edge is in line <br />with the front edge of the Recker house. This west wall of the Recker house has no <br />windows. <br />I'm also enclosing a copy of a letter from kir. Decker to Planninv Commission member <br />Gregg Hannah. Please N(TTF the notations i made in the margins. Neighbors are notified <br />when items come ixp for action. Commission discussed <br />the variances required and the different wave, of interpreting the "average distance" <br />lakeshore setback requirement. Rhode and his desictner, builder and attorney <br />were all in attendance. Extremely long discussion followed.
