MINUTES OF A PLAANING MHISSICN M1.ETING IiELD MARCH 7, 1977 - PA(T 6 <br />7. Approval of septic system for each individual parcel <br />before building permit is issued. <br />,8. The dock on Outlot B would service only the projected <br />seven parcels of the subdivision. <br />Motion: Ayes - 3 (fiannah, Dunlap, Hassel) , *lays - 1 (Pesek) <br />Abstain - 1 (McDonald). <br />The Zoning Administrator stated that he had contacted W. <br />Rhode regarding the status of his application. fie was <br />advised that Mr. Rhode suffered a heart attack at the <br />b-ginn,ng of the year. However, Mr. Rhode still plans <br />on submitting a revised proposal as soon as he is able. <br />Hannah moved, Kassel seconded, to table this application <br />until the necessary data is received. 1-btion - Ayes (S), <br />Nays (0) . <br />The Zoning Administrator explained that no additional <br />material or application has been submitted. Hannah <br />moved, Pesek seconded, to table this matter until we <br />receive this data. Motion - Ayes (S), Nays (0). <br />Mrs. Casdi was present. Once again, she reminded the <br />Planning Commission of the error that was made at the <br />ime Mrs. Parten's house was constructed concerning the <br />Placement of the house on the lot and the setback from <br />the lake in relation to the adjoining property owners. <br />Mrs. Gasch related that time has helped the situation. <br />Mrs. Parten is now living in her home and is more <br />aware of Mrs. Gasch's request for privacy. She also <br />stated that Mrs. Parten is now agreeable to the pro- <br />posed fence and would be willing to submit a written <br />statement to that effect. Mrs. Gasch also informed <br />the Commission that she would be planting evergreens <br />along the fence. When the day care that she could <br />remove the fence she would do so. <br />After a brief discussion, Hassel moved, Pesek seconded, <br />to recommend approval of the proposed fence based an <br />the current status to try an,3 alleviate some of the <br />problems involved. Approval is subject to a written <br />statement of approval from Mrs. Parten and the plant- <br />ing of evergreens to include the removal of this <br />fence at some future date. Motion - Aves (5), 'Nays (0) . <br />Member W-Donald left at 9:SS p.m. <br />The Zoning Administrator presented the proposed site <br />vid elevation plan. i?ie applicant is requesting <br />approval of an a(Wition to the existing Marketing <br />Research Center on County Road 019. Proposal consists <br />of two floors.
