ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD JAPIUARY 1,; 197G <br />Page 3 <br />Henry Huhich, Building & Zoning Adm-nistrator, VARIAIICE <br />stated that Mr. Peter Fox is representing 1410 Bohn's Point Road <br />h41r. Fred Rogers, Jr. 5ft Iris teeniest for ti.-Io <br />variances on the property located at 1 10 Bohn's <br />Point Aoad. <br />Zhe lot area and width variances were approved <br />over one year ago with several conditions. FIe <br />is now requesting a similar variance but has <br />added the request for a variance fror the rear <br />yard setback requirement. Several parties have <br />shown an interest in purchasing the property <br />if the existing barn -garage could be renovated <br />into a dwelling. This would require the added <br />variance of six feet from the required thirty <br />foot rear yard sett, requirement, as the <br />existing barn-garag located oily 24' from <br />':he rear lot line. <br />The old house shown on the survey has been <br />partically razed, however, hazardous conditions <br />do exist as much of the debris has been left on <br />the site and the exisitng excavation is un- <br />protected. I1r.
