Bay, Minnesota 55321 <br />Dear liank : <br />I live at 31115 North Shore Drive irrnurdiately adjacent to <br />11410 Bohns Point Road (vacant lot) owned by Mr. Fred V. <br />Rogers, .Jr. <br />I would appreciate being informed of any variances on the <br />vacant Lot since it affects my property which borders on <br />the vacant lot. Also, I understand ghat the Planning Com- <br />mission has deferred any variances on the lot until debris <br />has been removed from the property, and the hazard created <br />by the remaining foundation of the cottage that formerly <br />existed on the lot be graded over so that there are no <br />"scars" on the property, and also there are no danger spots <br />into which an unknowing person could fall. Since the <br />debris and excavation Erma approximately 1=3 feet from my <br />house, it would obv.iouFly benefit me if' the Planning Com- <br />mission's instructions fcr cleaning up the debris and filling <br />in the excavation be adhered to. <br />Because there is snow on the property and because the exca- <br />vation is down near the lake quite a distance from the back <br />of the lot and the driveway leading into the lot, the Vil- <br />lage of Orono may overlook the fact that thc- situation has <br />not been corrected yet. <br />Thank you very much for your consiCio--JLion of my cornE�nts. <br />Sincerf,ly, <br />JC tf✓hh <br />
