Previously the Plan- <br />ning Commission had asked the Zoning Administrator to talk to <br />1-tr. McCleary and see if he would consider dropping the over-the- <br />counter sales as a part of his application. The Zoning Adminis- <br />trator stated that Mr. McCleary would accept no .hange in his <br />original application. Hake moved, Hannah seconded, that the <br />Planning Commission recommend to the Council denial of the James <br />K. McCleary Conditional Use application because the proposed use <br />is a commercial use in a residential zone and not a permitted <br />use for this area.
