In addition, we would recommend scheduling joint meetings <br />with the Building & Zoning staff and representatives of the Board's <br />Building Committee to work out agreed upon levels of restoration for the <br />structures to remain. The review of this phase o, the application will <br />take time. In order to expedite the comprehensive review and to speed up <br />the cleanup process of allowing work crews to camp overnight on weekends, <br />staff has divided the review into three phases. <br />Excerpt From Staff Memo of 3/13/87: <br />Phase 1.
