City of ORONO <br />t; a <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />4. The private road shall be constructed to City private road <br />requirements, per the conditions of the developers agreeme.t executed <br />between the City and the developer. The existing private driveway may <br />serve as a temporary construction road and building permits may be <br />issue& prior to completion of the permanent road. Private road <br />construction can begin as soon as the engineering plans for the road <br />have been approved by the City subject to conditions of the developers <br />agreement Private road construction must be completed by September <br />30, 1988. <br />5. The private roar: shall be allowed to access directly to County <br />Road 6 subject to conditions for such access as imposed by the <br />Hennepin County Department of Transportation in their required access <br />permit. <br />6. The private road shall be privately owned and maintained per the <br />Declaration of Private Road Easement and Declaration of Covenants for <br />Maintenance of Same executed by the developer. <br />7. Driveway access easement over Lot 2 shall be granted by developer <br />in favor of Lot 1. <br />B. Outlot A, located between Outlot P (the new private road) and <br />existing Tanglewood Road, is for the purpose of a future connnection <br />between the two roads in order to eliminate one of the accesses. This <br />outlot shall be owned and maintained jointly by the owners of Lots 1 <br />through 4, Knoll Manor, per the Declaration of Private Road Easement <br />and Declaration fo• Maintenance of Same. <br />9. The afore:. d plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with the <br />Hennepin County Recorder's Office on or before October 13, 1987 <br />together with a certified original. copy of this Resolution and <br />executed copies of the documents as noted above. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the plat <br />ha- not been i;led by the date specified above.
