She explained <br />the history of the present non -conforming use. <br />The Plan involves public retails sales on the sur ; ` <br />property and a private clubhouse on the Sailor's 'w, �d <br />property. It does not include any on -site boat repair. <br />They would like consideration of some new h-at sales. <br />Mr. Stone indicated that they wog• l a like up to 10 of the <br />proposed 16 parking stalls for boa se. <br />Bellows asked if there would be enough parking to <br />accommodate the number of slips, employees, and <br />customers. <br />Mr. Stone stated that. the average marina use, even on <br />peak days, is only 30W. <br />Art Tourangeau, 2060 pates Ave., verified that a <br />maximum of 15 cars are parker] at one time to ccomodate <br />the existing 79 boat slips.
