IMMEDIATELY Provide hot water to sinks in kitchen. Discontinue food <br />service if not provided. A temporary shift to limited (pre -packaged) food <br />would be possible, <br />2. Discontinue salad bar until sneeze guard provided. <br />3. Repair screen door to porch to be tightly closing, <br />4. Wash - Rinse - Sanitize all utensils as follows: <br />A) Wash in detergent, -hot water in first compartment <br />B) Rinse by imnersion in second compartment <br />C) Sanitize by immersion in approved sanitizer solution <br />D) Air dry on clean drainboard <br />These violations shall be corrected by June 29, 1984. Additional orders <br />follow: <br />The following additional orders are hereby issued: <br />KITCHEN <br />1. (75A) Discontinue storing disposable cups on floor of attic. Store on <br />approved shelving in a cleanatle area. <br />2. (84) Provide and maintain a nailbrush at each handsink. Provide <br />handwashing sign in erployee toilet room. <br />(75A) Store single serii,c articles at ledst 6" off the floor on approved <br />shelving. Cups on floor of storage area. <br />4.
