RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and <br />one (1) copy reduced tI, 1"=2DD'. Drawing to include: <br />a) Lot lines platted per preliminary survey. <br />b) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10 wide <br />along all perimeter property lines and 5' each side of <br />internal property lines. <br />c) Designato a 50 feet wide extension of the road outlot <br />(A) to the northern boundary line to serve as future access <br />to the north. Depending on the designation of the extended <br />outlot, that is, whether Outlot A, Peterman Addition can be <br />extended or, if we are dealing with Outlet A, Peterman <br />Second Addition, the City will require an underlying road <br />and utility easement over Outlet A, Peterman Second <br />Addition. See staff sketches attached. <br />2. 'EGAL DOCUMENTS required: <br />a) Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, <br />mortgage holders or others with property interest indicated <br />therein shall sign the plat and all other dr-�uments affected <br />by such interest. <br />b) The applicant must provide certified copies of all <br />recorded easements currently affecting the property. <br />d) Executed temporary construction easement by Mrs. Roach <br />and the applicants to be kept on file with the City - sample <br />sent under separate cover prior to meeting. <br />3. FEES TO BE PAID: Total Due 1 1 .00 <br />a) Park dedication fee per current schedule: <br />$200.00 each for Lots 1 through 4, <br />TOTAL FEE of $800.00 <br />b) Final plat fee - $150.00 <br />c) Filing fee for plat and associated documents - $150.00 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />
