City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />6. Payment to the City of a final plat fee in the amount of <br />$150.00. <br />7. Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the amount of <br />$800.00. <br />8. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the <br />plat easements and covenants in the amount of $150.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Peterman Second Addition, <br />Hennepin County, .nneBota; subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Access for all six lots within the plat shall be via the <br />private road only. <br />2. The Subdividers and future lot owners are placed on notice <br />that the private road installed within the right-of-way of Outlot <br />A, Peterman Addition, and a future extension of that road within <br />Outlot A, Peterman Second Addition, shall serve as access for all <br />lots created by the future subdivision of Lot 2, Hallson Estates <br />located to the immediate east and as alternative access to the <br />undeveloped properties to the north of said outlots. <br />3. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with <br />the Hennepin County Recorder's Office on or before September 30, <br />1987, together with a certified original copy of this Resolution <br />and executed copies of the covenants and easements noted above. <br />The approval grantee by this Resolution shall expire if the <br />plat has not been filed by the date specified above. In that event, <br />it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono <br />for subdivision review. <br />Dated this 30th day of 4arch, 1987. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
