It is anticipated that <br />hazardous buildings proceedings will be filed with the <br />appropriate property owners and the Court by March 30, 1987. <br />Additionally the City has again been working to clean up the <br />garbage and address the vehicles on the property. While progress <br />has not begin as expeditious as desired, staff is continuir3 to <br />work on ti. matter. <br />3960 SIXTH AVENUE NORTH - As was the case at 200 Hollander Road, <br />a title search a to a conducted on this property also. It is <br />anticipated that proceedings will also be f led on this property <br />during the week of March 30th.
