Zoning File #1114 <br />March 4, 1987 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Staff Recommendation: To approve the vacation petition of William Bracken <br />for the vacation of a 10 feet wide drainage and utility easement along the <br />shared lot line of Lots 16 and 17, Block 1, the Farm at Long Lake, finding <br />the easement not currently occupied with utility lines nor a drainageway <br />and finding no future public purpose of the easement area in its present <br />7 ocation. In addition, the City sees no need to acquire additional <br />-ainage and utility easements along the 623 feet of the southern lot line. <br />March 25, 1987 <br />Planning Commission Recommendation: <br />At their March 16, 1987, meeting, the Planning Commission unanimously <br />voted support of the staff recommendation of approval of the William M. <br />Bracken vacation application. The enclosed resolution has been drafted for <br />your review and action. <br />
