MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />Monday, October 22, 2001 <br />7:00 o'clock p.m. <br />(#01-2714 Fred Puzak, Continued) <br />Flint recommended the Applicant resolve the septic issues before coming back before the Council with a <br />new proposal. · - <br />White recommended the Applicant speak with Staff to answer any questions he may have. White <br />stated the Council did approve the variances the Applicant was requesting . <br />(#11) #01-2718 AMENDMENT TO ZONING CODE SECTION 10.03, SUBDIVISION 15 <br />RELATING TO FENCE STANDARDS <br />Flint recommended this item be tabled to the next Council meeting to allow the Council members to <br />adequately give input regarding this amendment. <br />Gaffron agreed that perhaps this item should be tabled. <br />Flint moved, Sansevere seconded, to table Application #01-2718, Amendment to Zoning Code <br />Section 10.03, Subdivision 15 Relating to Fence Standards. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />*(#12) #01-2719 JODI AND DAVID DAL VEY, 1520 BOHN'S POINT ROAD -VARIANCE - <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4708 <br />White moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve and adopt RESOLUTION NO. 4708, a <br />Resolution granting variances to permit new residential construction on a lot that is <br />102 feet wide where 140 feet is required and to permit an accessory structure on a lot without a <br />principal structure for the property located at 1520 Bohn's Point Road. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />*(#13) #01-2720 CRAIG AND BEV MILLER, 1325 SHORELINE DRIVE -VARIAN CE - <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4709 <br />White moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve and adopt RESOLUTION NO. 4709, a <br />Resolution granting variances to permit new residential construction on a lot that is <br />130 feet wide where 140 feet is required and to permit an accessory structure on a lot without a <br />principal structure for the property located at 1325 Shoreline Drive.
