: Polco <br />5. Fee for Service <br />Below we outline the cost for the 2026 Survey components. If you choose to contract for <br />additional survey years, we will hold this pricing for 2028 and 2030 (assuming a biennial <br />cadence). <br />The National Community Survey (NCS) - Postcard outreach - Polco-directed <br />$19,000 <br />outreach of one postcard and one survey mailed to 3,000 randomly selected <br />households in conjunction with Polco-guided, City -led outreach using City <br />communication channels <br />[Optional] Spanish Translation - Polco will provide a Spanish translation of your <br />Included <br />survey and publish it online. Postcards will provide a URL and Spanish language <br />instructions for completing the Spanish survey online. <br />National and Custom Benchmarking - In addition to the National benchmarking <br />Included <br />that we always provide as part of conducting The NCS, Polco will provide Custom <br />Benchmarking for MN region ($1,500 value). <br />In -person Presentation of Results - A Polco representative will present the results <br />$4,000 <br />to City leadership <br />[Optional Add -On] 1/2 Page of Custom Questions - <br />Included <br />We recommend asking custom questions in a separate survey on Polco. However, <br />we recognize that while you are making this larger effort to get input from your <br />residents you may want to add a few custom items ($4,000 value). <br />2026 Resident Survey Total <br />$23,000 <br />To cover our costs in a timely manner, but also ensure you have check points on our services, <br />Polco prefers to invoice based on milestones as follows: <br />• 30% (6,900) on signing contract <br />• 30% (6,900) when survey is fielded <br />• 30% (6,900) on delivery of report <br />• 10% (2,300) on completion of presentation <br />polco.us 28 <br />89 <br />
