ilhvr <br />P 0 1 C 0 <br />Task 3.1: Survey Design <br />The National Community SurveyTM is a standardized, statistically reliable tool for measuring <br />community livability, quality of life, service performance, and public trust, with benchmarks <br />available for more than 500 communities nationwide. It is commonly used for inputs into a <br />Strategic Planning process.
