Side Yard Setback Variance. <br />Staff Recommendation: Planning Department Staff recommends approval with conditions. <br />Background <br />The property is a substandard -sized <br />lot, situated on the north side of <br />North Shore Drive, facing North Arm <br />Bay. The applicant proposes to <br />construct a new home with a similar <br />footprint to the existing one, while <br />adding a second story.
