Oversize Accessory Buildings <br />Only one oversized accessory building (OAB) shall be permitted on any <br />property. An OAB is defined as an accessory building larger than 1,000 <br />square feet. <br />Any OAB shall be subject to the following conditions: <br />a) Principal building setbacks must be met. <br />b) OAB may not be closer to the front lot line than the <br />home on the property. <br />c) The maximum height for an OAB shall be 30 feet or <br />the defined height of the home on the property, <br />whichever is less. <br />v: 4 4 M'i*41*r� <br />FIF-IMMA <br />1.1 <br />
