Building Placement and Materials <br />• Accessory buildings on lake lots must meet the <br />principal building setback if the garage doors face <br />the street <br />• All buildings on the same lot must be separated <br />by a ten -foot setback. <br />• With the exception of the RR-1A and RR-1 B <br />districts, an accessory building may not be <br />located street ward of the principal building. <br />• Accessory buildings less than 1,000 square feet in <br />RR-1A & RR-1 B districts may be street ward of the <br />home if principal building setbacks and the exterior <br />materials provisions in 6.12.7080(b) are met. <br />• Accessory buildings and principal buildings shall <br />be consistent in design and color. Exception: <br />accessory buildings less than 120 square feet in <br />area or are located on 2+ acre lots two acres in <br />area or larger. <br />7 <br />
