Rovegno, Taylor, and <br />Hanson were absent. The following represented the City <br />stall: Building and Zoning Administrator Mabusth, <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron, and City <br />Recor_ler Peterson. In addition, <br />Hazel Anderson an,: Jamc Maus are the adjacent property <br />owners whose properties are included in the areas to be <br />rezone,.!, however, neither .tames :taus nor Hazel Anderson <br />wish to be pert of the formal rezoning petition. Since <br />the first review, it has been discovered that the City <br />zoning maps are incorrect and show Steve Gardiner's .39 <br />acre property included in the RR-1,'; zone whereas it is <br />actually in tie Liz -LA zone so it is not included in this <br />r-�zoninl request. <br />Zoning Administrator Ma',usth reveiw,.- the areas involved <br />in the proposed rezoning from 5 acre rural zone to a 2 <br />acre rural zone.
