Brooks, 795 North Ferndale Road <br />The site evaluation report for the Brooks application has been submitted <br />and reviewed. Soils were found to be suitable for a standard drainfield <br />system. 'My boring on the site verified the soil types indicated in the <br />report. The lot with the existing home has ample area for future <br />drainfield should it ever become necessary. I would recommend approval <br />of the subdivision. If all of Orono had soils such as found on this <br />site, we would have few septic system problems throughout the City. <br />
