Exhibit F - Letter from applicant exllaining <br />proposal <br />Staff - April 4, 1978 <br />Recommend approval subject to verification of <br />septic system location and oh,ration prior to <br />building hermit issuance. <br />Planning Commission - Tpril 10, 1978 <br />Mr. & Mrs. Dye were present. lie ayrees to remove <br />or relocate the existing kennel. Planning - <br />Commission recommends approval subject to removal <br />of the kennel and review of the septic system <br />operation prior to issuance of the building <br />permit. <br />Council Meeting - April 27, 1978 <br />Butler moved, Pauurs seconded, to approve the <br />variance request of Ben Dye, 115 Smith Avenue, <br />per i Planning Commission meeting of April 10, <br />1978, and to adhere to the newly adopted on -site <br />disposal regulations. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />Mr. Alan Olson, City Planner, stated that on <br />March 30, 1978, staff received a call from Mr. <br />Gridley askin for an appearance, then received <br />calls from Mr. Gridley and Mr. Cliff French, <br />Hennepin County Park Peserve District, respectively, <br />requesting a delay to April 27, 1978 and advising <br />that land sale had proceeded on Big Island. <br />Council Meeti.nq - April 27, 1978 <br />Mayor Van Nest moved, Pesek seconded, to table <br />the subdivision request of Durewll Vetter, Big <br />Island, until more complete information is <br />available. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />Mayor Van N-st moved, Butler seconded, to table <br />the Wayzata Country Club request for a hc-undary <br />rearrangement until more complete information is <br />available with Council comments to a->plicant <br />ar.-! ;t :f f that it appears that there are no <br />compelling reasons to change boundaries at *.his <br />time.
