City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 2398 <br />3. The applicant is to grant a road and utilities easement to the <br />City of Orono over the traveled portion of the roadway known as Bohn's <br />Point Road that intersects the subject property. <br />4. The plumbing of cold water is permitted to the new detached <br />structure. Such structure shall not be used as a second, non -rental <br />residental unit without first obtaining appropriate approvals and <br />permits from the City of Orono. <br />5. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property, not <br />with the applicant, but are permissive only and must be exercised by <br />application for a building permit within one year of the date of <br />Council approval, or th:� variance will expire on that date (March 28, <br />1989). <br />6. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the <br />Zoning Code shall automatically terminate any authority granted herein <br />and shall be punishable as a misde!neanor. <br />7.
