TOt Council <br />E a <br />• <br />FROM: Jeanne Mabusth, Zoning Administrator <br />DATBr January 30, 1980 <br />SUBJECT: !excerpt from th" Planning Commission Meeting of <br />January 28, 1980 - 0506 Paul Scherber, <br />20 Rohns Point Road (Subdivision) <br />Adams made a motion to recommend approval of the proposed lot <br />line realignment as a reasonable solution in consideration of <br />the other alternativesr to approve the creation of Outlot A <br />allowing a 3' setback from the encroaching shed, under the <br />express condition that Scherber will transfer Outlot A to <br />Mr. Solomonson. Outlot A must be legally combined with <br />Mr. Polomonson'er reaidenrtal lot. It should be noted that <br />the setback created by tiiin subdivision is unique to that shed. <br />Wilson noted for the record chat the existing condition was <br />r►ot 4 result of Scherber's doing and that the maximum regvired <br />of Scherber by the Planning Commission was a 3' setback, but <br />that the Council has the option to leaver Zhe lot line as is <br />And require the removal of the shed. <br />
