Tne property <br />consists of a main house, guest house and carriage house (garage). <br />All existing kuildings meet the necessary setbacks except for one shed <br />that must be removed by final approval. Neighix,Ls' house to the <br />south runs 5' over the property line. Existing curb cuts will reisain. <br />The access oasement of 25' running alonq the northern lot line was <br />discussed by the neighbors. '^:iey wanted to be assured that the plat <br />will not interfere with this maxement. The applicant will furnish <br />proof of the 25' easement in t''1* reco.ded title. Wt 2 will have <br />riparian rights only. <br />Planning Commission moved to approve the preliminary subdivision <br />application of Paul A.
