This time we have an <br />actual site plan, house plans and building permit application, <br />and we anticipate construction will commence immediately. <br />Please review the memo and exhibits of 2/6/87. Planning <br />Commission at their 2/17/87 meeting recommended approval as <br />proposed, 6-0. <br />Staff recommends approval per the attached resolution. <br />
