CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS Based upon one or more of the above findings, the Orono City Council hereby gr.,..ts a variance to Municipal Zoning Code Section 1.0.20, P, ibdivisic 3 (I) and grants a conditional use permit for a duplex .Oie, su} jcc' to the following conditions. 1.
