VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />9. REPORT OF PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVES ATTENDING <br />COUNCIL MEETINGS APRIL 28, 2008 AND MAY 12, 2008 <br />Kroeger reported on the April 28 th Council meeting, noting that the meeting was relatively short and the <br />majority of the items were placed on the Consent Agenda. <br />Schwingler stated he was unable to attend the May 12th Council meeting. <br />Turner stated the Harvey application was tabled to allow the City Attorney to review the process being <br />followed and to determine whether the procedure to amend the resolution is the appropriate way to <br />handle the matter . <br />10.
