� �.:'• . - <br /> � O ' V <br /> • O O <br /> ��b. - CITY of ORONO <br /> ,� _� <br /> �� �,'ti RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � ��kESH�4��' � NO. � � � � <br /> landscaping and posting of security to ensure that these required improvements are <br /> completed to the City's satisfaction, the design of said improvements subject to <br /> approval of the City Engineer and letter of credit subject to approval of the City <br /> Attorney. , <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono <br /> hereby approves the plat of Tonkawa Shores 2nd Addition,Hennepin County,Minnesota(Copy of <br /> Plat is attached to this resolution as Exhibit A), subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The private road shall be privately owned and maintained per the appropriate access <br /> easementlmaintenance documents to be executed by the developer. Ownership and <br /> maintenance of the private road has been established by execution of a Homeowner's <br /> � Association consisting of the owners of lots within Tonkawa Shores 2nd Addition.• <br /> 2. Subdivider shall concurrent with road construction, construct stormwater <br /> • management improvements generally as shown on the Preliminary Grading,Drainage <br /> and Erosion Control Plan reviewed and approved by the City Engineer subj ect to any <br /> revisions of said plan as may be required by the City Engineer. A final Gradin�, <br /> Draina�e & Erosion Control Plan must be apnroved bv the Citv En i� n�er prior to <br /> release of fina�lat for filin�. Erosion control shall be maintained over all disturbed <br /> areas until natural groundcover is restored, adhering to guidelines found in 'Best <br /> Management Practices for Protecting Water Quality in Urban Areas'. <br /> 3. No building permits will be issued until the private road base work and all <br /> • improvements as referenced in the Developer's Agreement for Tonkawa Shores is <br /> approved. <br /> 4. Prior to City release of the plat for filing, applicant shall provide evidence of fee <br /> ownership of the property in a form acceptable to the City Attorney, and applicant <br /> � shall meet any other title requirements as may be required by the City Attorney. <br /> 5. Applicant shall provide all documents noted in this resolution and the resolution <br /> approving the preliminary plat in a format acceptable to the City Attorney prior to <br /> release of the plat for filing. <br /> • Page 2 of 4 I <br />
