City of OR ONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 2233 <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the petition of Ted Q. Feig <br />and Timothy D. Johnson is hereby granted and that the portion of dedicated <br />drainage and utility easement legally described above is hereby vacated. <br />The granting of the petition is subject to the following condition: <br />Prior to filing of this Vacation Approval Resolution with Hennepin <br />County, the property owners of 627 and 629 North Ferndale Road shall <br />grant to the City a new drainage and utility easement 5' either side <br />of the recently revised mutual lot bounuary. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a <br />regular meeting held July 27, 1987. <br />James R.
