The variance approval expires on January 13, 1987. <br />Applicant anticipates construction will commence in 1987, hence a <br />variance renewal is requested. No changes are requested from the <br />previous approval. <br />Please review the attached exhibits. Staff recommends approval <br />per the ficlings and conditions previously approved in Resolution <br />#1904. <br />
