Mertes, 3237 Casco Circle - <br />Variance Renewal - Public Hearing <br />List of Exhibits - <br />A - Application <br />B - Plat Map <br />C - Property Owners List <br />D - Survey <br />E - Resolution #1904 <br />P - Staff memo of 12/3/85 <br />Application - Renewal of Lot Area/Lot Width variances granted <br />per Resolution #1904 dated 1/13/86. <br />Pertinent Pacts - <br />Required Existing Variance <br />Iot Area: 21,780 s.f. 16,748 s.f. 5032 s.f. or 23% <br />Lot Width: 100, 55' 45' or 45% <br />Previous approvals require that development on this lot meet all <br />setback, average setback, and hardcover standards of the LR-IC <br />zoning district. <br />Discussion - <br />The applicant has been unable to sell his residence in Shorewood <br />and hence has not commenced construction of a new residence on <br />Casco Circle. The variance approval expires on January 13, 1987. <br />Applicant anticipates construction will commence in 1987, hence a <br />variance renewal is requested. No changes are requested from the <br />previous approval. <br />Please review the attached exhibits. Staff recommends approval <br />per the ficlings and conditions previously approved in Resolution <br />#1904. <br />
