Please review the memo <br />and exhibits of 1/7/87. <br />Planning Commission recommended 4-0 to approve a renewal of the <br />variances granted per the findings and conditions of Resolution <br />#1904. <br />Staff recommends s2proval per the attached resolution. <br />PROPOSED MOTION: Moved by _, seconded by _, to approve James E. <br />Mertes' request for a renewal of variances previously granted to <br />permit the construction of a new residence on a property 16,748 <br />square feet in area or 77% of the required 21,780 square feet <br />(1/2 acre) and with a lot width of 55 feet or 55% of the required <br />100 feet of lot width.
