Submit for approval: 3 mylar copies <br />1 copy reduced to 1" - 200' scale <br />2. Plat entire property shown on preliminary plat including <br />Tract C, RLS 1281 (the west driveway) and both parcels <br />3008 and 1025. <br />3. Plat Lots 1-4, Block 1 and Lots 1-4, Block 2. <br />4. Plat all remaining areas of Block 1 and 2 as two "outlots" <br />including the existing houses and buildings on the same <br />outlot. <br />5. Plat new private road as one or more outlots completely <br />through property (complete loop). <br />6. Plat County Road No. 6 as 50 ft. wide from centerline <br />(which includes 10 ft. of new width). <br />7. Plat all "Low ground" or wetlands as "drainage easements". <br />8. Plat "drainage and utility easements" 10 ft. wide (5 ft. each <br />side) along all property lines of platted lots and outlots. <br />9. Plat additional "drainage easements" as necessary to <br />accommodate drainage from the roadway construction. <br />10. Dedicate to the public on the plat the highway (County Road #6) <br />and all drainage and utility easements. <br />CONSTRUCTION OF ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS <br />1. Complete attached agreement in duplicate and return at least <br />30 days prior to expected start of road construction or with <br />the final plat submittal, whichever occurs first. <br />A.
