Ncte that <br />since the pond is a designated wetland, to be consistent with curr.z,: <br />practice, we are recomnending that a Conservation and Flowage Easement be <br />granted to the City, the legal description to be provided by the applicant. <br />Also, we are recommending that future maintenance dreding of the pond and <br />ditches per these currant guidelines w411 not be subject to a future <br />conditional use permit but will require tLit a grading permit b- obtained. <br />
