The gravel shoulders have not been completed. <br />2. The culvert aprons have not been completed. <br />3. The main ditch between lots 3 and 4, block 3 requires rip rap work. <br />4. The southeast corner of the siltation pond needs to be regraded. <br />5. Reproducable record plan sheets should be provided for the project. <br />The estimated cost of completing the remaining work is as follows: <br />Gravel Shoulders $1,500.00 <br />Culvert Aprons 800.00 <br />Ditch Work 1,500.00 <br />Pond Work 700.00 <br />Record plan Sheets 500.00 <br />TOTAL 5,000.00 <br />We would recommend that the bond on the project be reduced to $7,500. The <br />shoulders of the roadway have not been properly completed as discussed. The <br />developer should provide the City with a letter holding the City harmless for <br />any damage to the shoulders during the 1986-1987 winter season.
