Proposed Timetable for 1987 Short Term <br />Objectives <br />ISSUE — Adoption of the timetable for short term objectives as <br />the implementing step for the 1987 strategic planning document. <br />INTRODUCTIO_N — Attachment A outlines the recommended timelines to <br />be met ^for the strategic planning process for 1987. Once adopted <br />these will be the basis for staff's work in re�ationship to this <br />plan. <br />RECOMMENDATIOP — It is recommended that the Council adopt <br />Attachment A as it's timetable and that it be incorporated in the <br />Administrator/Council goal setting at this time and during the <br />review in April 1987. <br />PROPOSED MOTION — 11oved by , seconded by , to adopt <br />Attachement A as the strategic pl- <br />anning short term objectives for <br />1987 and that these be incorporated in the <br />Coun::i1/Administrator's goal setting in April 1987.
