U <br />§4.61 <br />SRC. 4.61. CONSUMPTION AND DISPLAY - ONE DAY LICENSE. <br />Subd. 1. License Required. Any non-profit organization <br />desiring to serve liquids for the purpose of mixing with liquor <br />and permitting the consumption and display of liquor in <br />conjunction with a social activity sponsored by it, shall first <br />obtain a license therefor from the City. It is unlawful for any <br />such organization to fail to obtain such license. <br />Subd. 2. Term. The term of such license shall be one <br />day only. <br />Subd. 3. Limitation on Number. No more than ten <br />such licenses shaJ1 be issued l:y the City in any calendar year. <br />Subd. 4. License Fee. The fee for such one -.day license <br />is $25.00. <br />Subd. 5. Approval. In addition to Council approval, <br />such license must be approved by the Commissioner of Public <br />Safety. <br />Subd. 6. Unlawful Acts.
