Tanglewood Road has been maintained since its conEtruction <br />L- the homeowners through the Tanglewood Homeowners Association <br />and this maintenance has included graveling, blading when needed, <br />snow rem;•.,, and any other necessary driveway improvements. The <br />homeowners hgN-- ill contributed financially to this maintenance <br />and havc as. '. hr-ougii their Association, <br />that the drive is well maintained and in keeping with the <br />attractive, natural setting that these homeowners enjoy. <br />Theze is presently an application before the City of Orono <br />(Knoll Manor) seeking development of some nine acres imrned?.ately <br />to the east and adjacent to the Tanglewood property. Tlkis <br />application is presented ty Mr. John Adar- and is seekir;, as one <br />alternative, a connection with Tanglewood Road in 'ieu of direct <br />access onto County Road 6. Other suggestions that have been made <br />include joint access with Tanglewood at the intersection of <br />County Road 6; routing Tanglewood through Knoll Manor out <br />onto County Road 6; and providing access to Knoll Manor from the <br />eastern border towards Underhill.
