STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />• Staff is recommending approval of the lot line rearrangement to create two parcels (Lots 3-4- <br />5, Pleasant View and Lots 6-7-8, Pleasant View) subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The existing cabin at 660 Big Island be removed along with the deck and stairway <br />to include sidewalks and removal of the shed within the side yard setback of 30 feet. <br />This being completed prior to the filing of the subdivision of a lot line rearrangement <br />with Hennepin County. <br />2. All existing easements for septic and well use across other properties be vacated. <br />3. Drainage and utility easements granted to the City 5' along interior property lines and <br />1 O' along the rear property lines. <br />4.
