In that letter I indicated a <br />conditional use permit was required for the new lakeshore retaining wall and there were issues <br />with the septic system. <br />You have not submitted a conditional use permit application. Neither has there been a permit <br />issued or applied for to replace the septic system. <br />Please submit a conditional use permit application by February 18, the next deadline for zoning <br />applications. If you no longer have the application I sent you in October you can find a copy at <br />the City's website (www.ci.orono.mn.us) or call me at 952-249-4623. Contact me if you have <br />any questions about completing the application. <br />The septic system for this property was to have been replaced by December 31, 2007. You <br />should make arrangements to have it done as soon as possible.
