Explained the issue wasn 't the walls themselves but the fact <br />they were constructed without a CUP/permit. <br />The cabin is family property. A relative had arranged the work. Mr. Johnson hadn 't seen the <br />new walls . I told him we thought that Minnetonka Portable Dredging had done the work as they <br />had a permit from MCWD to do riprap at about the time the walls appeared to have gone in. Mr. <br />Johnson took their name and contact info . I generally explained the CUP process and told him <br />the first step was to find a copy of the plans.
